I am in the process of launching my Amazon business and require an experienced professional to take charge of the end-to-end management of the entire operation. As I am not a manufacturer or stockiest and do not possess any physical products, I am seeking an expert who can seamlessly handle all aspects of Amazon business management.

Responsibilities include:
1. Product Research and Sourcing:
- Identify trending and profitable products.
- Find Reliable Supplier
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best deals.
- Source products and manage shipping to Amazon warehouses.
2. Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate with suppliers for shipment updates.
- Work closely with Amazon for seamless logistics execution.
3. Listing Optimization:
- Create and optimize product listings to ensure high visibility.
- Manage product descriptions and titles for maximum impact.
4. Customer Services:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle inquiries and messages promptly.
5. Documentation and Coordination:
- Generate labels and invoices as needed.
- Keep track of order and shipment details.
6. Return Handling:
- Manage product returns efficiently.
7. Account Health and Reputation Management:
- Monitor and maintain the health of the seller account.
- Implement strategies for account reputation enhancement.
8. SEO Optimization:
- Optimize the seller account for improved search visibility.
9. Seller Feedback Management:
- Proactively manage and respond to seller feedback.
10. Inventory Planning:
- Strategically plan and manage inventory levels.
11. Dispute Resolution:
- Address and resolve any issues, errors, or disputes with Amazon.
12. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze various reports.
- Provide insights into sales, returns, shipments, profits, and inventory.
13. Sales Management:
- Facilitate Lightning Deals and Clearance Sales.
14. Payment Management:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
