Revshare Adult Content Editing

Hi
I need someone creative and with experience on Video editing that will not get offended and is OK to work with explicit porn videos, nothing kinky or bizarre, just 2 people having sex videos.
Each video needs an intro and an outro and basic editing, removing shakes and smoothen out some kinks of the amateur footage, blurring faces, or adjusting angles that our privacy can stay safe, as well as add sound when necessary
for the most part intros and outros stay the same but the image and the name changes accordingly.
The vídeos will have about 2 to 3h long, and need to be condensed in 8-10 minutes clips. The Raw Material probably will land to 2 or 3, 8-10 minutes clip. We'll need 2 versions of the same clip, one with our face showing and another one without it.
The payment its Revshare, 30-50% of the vídeo revenue, the editor will have acess to our statistics. As the revenue goes up, your payment goes up aswell.
The raw material is created everyday. We expect to have 3 clips every week, flexible schedule.
