Need Track Matte Added To 22 Minute Video

I have football game film, that I need a track matte added to track the player who is running the ball. When the offense lines up, I want a yellow elliptical track matte on the player who will get the ball and I want it to follow this player until he is tackled.
22 minute video, not sure exactly how many plays, but for someone experienced with After Effects and Premiere shouldn't take long to set it up.
This will be recurring weekly job over the next 10 - 12 weeks. Only have one video right now
