I conduct competitor analysis, support the development of business plans and proposals, and collaborate with other departments within the organization to support various business development initiatives. I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Management at the University of Lay Adventists of Kigali, where I learn how to design, implement, and manage IT systems and solutions. Prior to joining GAOTek, I was a self-employed trailblazer in Information Technology, where I thrived on turning challenges into opportunities and ideas into reality. With a keen eye for IT support and Cybersecurity, I was at the forefront of providing technical support to government employees, managing government data effectively, and participating in the development of IT policies, standards, and guidelines for government agencies. I also obtained multiple certifications in Cloud Security, Cybersecurity, and CISSP Security Assessment and Operations from Simplilearn, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development. I am passionate about sustainable development, green building, and waste management, and I use my IT skills and knowledge to contribute to these causes. I am also proficient in digital marketing, having completed a course in Digital Marketing for Entrepreneurs from the Young African Leaders Initiative.
