My most recent job was with the dept help center assisting customers with credit cards and unsecured debt. before that, I had been leading a team of 6 AGENTS doing email/chat assisting users on a platform called Handshake. In addition to leading the team, I spent a lot of time on the phone with clients, answering questions, assisting in navigating the platform, and also Emailing users. I graduated high school with a diploma in the business field and got my first job as a customer service agent where I worked for 2 years and gain a lot of knowledge about the importance of customer services and techniques used daily. Within the past 9 years, I worked in a few call centers and was introduced to sales, Appointment settings, Data entry, Chats&Emails, Order Entry, order tracking, and Lead Generation. I also did multiple campaigns including Credit repair, education, surveys, Health care, and Auto insurance. just to name a few. While working with companies in the past I am proud of how I helped them grow. with all my experience I am very confident and look forward to putting my skills and experience to the test in a way I know will shape the future of a business.
