Tävlingssammandrag

The purpose of the video is to announce the Top Ranked Agents of 2023.

(You're welcome to write a better one, but the English needs to be perfect.)

We're looking to see if someone can create a great template that can be reproduced for each different city we have rankings in. About 60 cities. If you win the contest, please be prepared to quote on completing 60 copies of it with custom content for each city.

That means the file you provide will either need to be hosted on an editing platform like Veed.io that makes it easy to edit for anyone, or be able to import into an editing platform and be able to edit the script and images or clips used. For example, the word 'Montreal' and any pages showing Montreal will need to be edited. So will the agents name and image.

If you use a voiceover, please make sure it is a real person's voice.

Must include:
- Recognizing the top agent by name and mention the city they're top ranked in.
- Mention that the rankings are so valuable to win, that many agents cheat. Rate-My-Agent.com has developed sophisticated methods of catching cheaters and they are penalized with a WARNING sign on their profile and fined. 11 agents were caught and penalized in 2023. ** Any use of 'Cheater' images will need to blur the faces out. (Legal reasons.)

Duration:
- The desired duration for each video post is less than 30 seconds.

Platform:
- The intended platform for these video posts is Facebook & Instagram, so it should be square.

The website has these for every page listing rankings for last year and it will automatically create new ones when the new rankings are announced on Jan 1. It's not meant to be a final draft for the video, just an example of the types of images we have that we'd like to populate each city's version of the post.

It performs differently depending on the screen width. Ex. Wide on desktop & layered on mobile.
