we do NOT need someone to put a page together, we need someone to make it look to have appeal.
meaning take the existing content and put it in a better arrangement and placement.
in other words, we need a Designer, not a webmaster.

it's about a single page (one) that serves as a landing page for a financial product, the whole page is made with Bootstrap and it has to stay like this!

the content you see immediately is the one we need to "made look better" .. have the key features stand out for a first time visitor.

we can not grant access to the web server, just download the content and make it look good!
the header can not be changed as it is trough the whole page the same.
anything below it can be changed (the right menu may be removed (depending on your way of placing detail links into the landing page))
