also, try one pole in fully black color. keep the logo as it is. I am attaching higher resolution logo.

try to illuminate the red logo on the lower part of the pole. consider that there is a cut in the cladding in the same shape and dimensions of the logo, and logo itself is acrylic and behind it LED light. so the logo with glow at night.
