Hi, we are an IT Support company that provides support to a number of schools and small business. We offer web development/maintenance, but do not have an in-house Web developer. Our work load is such in other area's of the business that we would like to find someone affordable to manage/maintain website (possibly including content management). We have many customers, so there is the possibility of website development too.

I would like you to quote for Managing and Maintaining a website for a whole year. I do not anticipate more than 2/2.5 hours work on the website per month.
