I'm looking to create a logo for a short-term commercial lease, and I am looking for something that incorporates both text and an icon in the design. I'm open to whatever colors and themes the designer may suggest to create a great logo, and am also open to their own creativity when deciding what elements should be included in the design. The logo should be visually attractive and capture the essence of the company. I'm hoping to find a professional who is experienced in logo design and is passionate about creating something special for me.

A lot of these entries are either direct ripoffs of existing logos or lifts with minor changes.

To all those so called "designers", when you submit these as your own work, you put the client in a precarious position in regards to copyright laws.
