I have a project with an old dated logo that needs an upgrade. I have attached a few versions of the old logo. It is possible I will award multiple winners so that I have options to present to management. Note that the new logo needs a transparent background and will be used over both light (white) and dark (charcoal) backgrounds. Thank you in advance for your help!

CONTEST RULES:

1. All submissions must be 100% original artwork.
2. Winners must submit their layered source (PSD or XCF) in addition to the final flattened image in case I need to make minor edits later.
