I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can draft a blueprint for a living space basement. The basement will be of medium size, ranging from 500 to 1000 square feet.

I am looking for 2 bedrooms, 1 full washroom, full kitchen, laundry and open living room.
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:

- Strong drafting and blueprinting expertise
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Canada
- Ability to design functional and aesthetically pleasing living spaces
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately translate requirements into a blueprint

The freelancer should also be open to suggestions and collaboration, as the client is looking for the designer's interpretation as well.
