I'm seeking a creatively designed logo for my organisation, Women in Wildlife. The central theme of the logo should embody the spirit of 'Conservation efforts' made by women in the wildlife domain. Your creative lens should capture:

- Female figures represented in various conservation roles, this may include but is not limited to scuba diving, researching, observational roles with binoculars or long camera lenses, tree plantation, and animal care.
- The uniqueness and unity of women of all ethnicities should be depicted.
- The word 'Women in Wildlife' needs to be integral where these figures would artistically fill the gap in-between the letters. The lettering has to be in black and white while the women figures should be in colour.
- A separate simplified logo for 'WIW' is also needed with same font.

Efficiency and proficiency in logo design is desired as well as a keen eye for detail. Ideally, you would have experience in conveying intricate messages using simple graphics. A passion for wildlife conservation and gender equality would guarantee a perfect understanding of the project's requirements.
