I am aiming to build a comprehensive real estate directory website that effectively caters to property enthusiasts as well as potential buyers.

Key Features:
- It must come equipped with a sophisticated property search capacity.
- Advanced filters are also desired to refine search results, making it easier for users to find properties that meet their specific needs and preferences.

Property Listing Information:
- Each property listing should detail essential information concerning the property, including its architectural type, to give potential buyers an overview of the property's design.
- High-quality photos of the property must be showcased, providing a virtual tour of the estate.
- The accurate location of the listing is also necessary to visualize the property's area and determine its accessibility.
