Hi! What I took out from your brief is you want a logo that is more like handcrafted rather than the sterile, corporate ones so I intentionally made them look like hand drawn hence the uneven line weights and the color doesn't completely align with the line art. I made the colors pretty basic since I think the best logos are the simple straight ones as those are iconic (pardon the pun) and easy to remember (brand recognition is everything).

Some good Idea's here buddy. I like 1 and 3 better than 2. You also dont need the word "King" I will add that later. See if you can expand on these, but I like the style
