We need 4 Logos for our departments (one logo for each department) in our company (http://www.aht-group.com). Descriptions for our departments are given below. Please read these descriptions carefully to create the best logo representing each department.

Constraints:
- quadratic size, visual element as a circle is acceptable
- export to small size (e.g. 48x48) must be possible while still recognizing the logo
- not a flat logo (e.g. the new ms-office icons or the flat design of ios7)
- each logo should have a own color, the colors should harmonize with our homepage.
- each logo should have one primary color
- each logo must be recognizable when exporting to grey-scale and all logos must be differentiated from each other if used in grey-scale.
- The color blue is proposed for the water department and green for Nature (but a different green than on our homepage!)
- Present the logos in a 4x2 matrix in the ordering (WMI, NFA, CIG, IT) (first row color, second row grey-scale)
- Do *not* include any characters (like "WMI") in the logo

Expected format:
- pure SVG, all graphic elements need to be modifiable e.g. with Inkscape
- PSD, BMP etc will not be accepted
- bitmaps encapsulated in SVG will not be accepted
