I've added an image with 3 variations of the logo, based on the feedback given. More emphasis on letter "i" applied with a darker colour and silver margin/stroke. If there are any other elements you would like me to add, please let me know.

    I really like the color for the "i" thank you. Can you do a minor modification to the "i" like extend the bottom toward the right a little bit like I have in my current logo (profile image). And can you try to do a more "written/sketching/drawing" style for the "B" and the "O" to get a more dynamic design, that would be awesome. Finally, can you write "Innovation comes from our minds" in the same style as the "we put you ahead" and you can just put it under it.
