I want to focus on the following:
Thumbs Up (show symbol) in places in video where officer performs well
Thumbs Down (show symbol) in places in video where officer performs poorly
5 stars (show symbol) - the officer exceeded expectations
4 stars (show symbol) - the officer handled situation well
3 stars (show symbol) - the officer could have handled it better
2 stars (show symbol) - the officer should be reprimanded or fired
1 star (show symbol) - the officer should go to jail
Graphic should be titled 'How to Rate Officers on CopCritic' and should have some background blended/faded image of law enforcement or drawing.
