Design a Front and Back Cover for a new Privacy Leadership book

This is a contest to come up with the best design cover for a new book. The design should incorporate a Compass, with each point on the compass related to Strategy, Structure, Systems, Style, Staff, Skills and Shared Values. The book talked about Privacy Leadership in the context of the 7S's. This follows the successful CISO COMPASS: Navigating Cybersecurity Leadership Skills with Insights from Pioneers book (can see it on Amazon). This is the 2nd book in this series, so we want to tie-in the "Compass" idea, along with "Privacy" and "Leadership. For some reason, and "eye" comes to mind. We think the color of the book should be different so when they are shown next to each other, they don't look like the same book (Red maybe?).

I have attached a copy of the CISO Compass book, and abstract, and a draft of the back cover. Keep in mind that the text/photos will change before final, and we need flexibility of the designer to make minor changes.

This is a contest. I have also included the specs from the last book we wrote (cover template and layout instructions), and these could have minor changes as well (don't have the new one from the publisher yet). The Privacy diagram is provided as an illustration so you can see what the book will cover.

These should be noted on the cover, and the 2 Authors noted on the spine also.

    Uploladed revised Back Cover. The bottom area is space for the publisher CRC Press mark and ISBN Bar code. The text has been revised. The spine should say THE PRIVACY LEADER COMPASS and the Authors listed as either Dr. Valerie Lyons over Todd Fitzgerald or Lyons over Fitzgerald.

    UPDATE MAR 14 2023: We have extended the contest 14 days and it is now $150. Please note the following:
    1. The Book is now named 'THE PRIVACY LEADER COMPASS.' The 'the' may be less prominent if desired in the design.
    2. We liked the books that had some idea of motion on the cover (ie Compass pointing)
    3. We want the 7S's incorporated into the compass design somehow to build interest for the content
    4. If room, somewhere noting "Including 50+ Top Privacy Industry Leaders" or something like that
    5. The FOREWORD should just say FOREWORD by Dr. Ann Cavoukian... (there is no 'is')
    6. If an 'eye', and not a creepy one looking straight at you, can be incorporated into the design, even better.

    A couple notes on the submissions:
    1) Please notice the "working subtitle" on the Front of the book should be the Text supplied in the Back Cover file - not the subtitle from the CISO COMPASS book
    2) The title of the book is PRIVACY LEADER COMPASS, not CISO COMPASS. CISO COMPASS is the prior book based on Cybersecurity Leadership, this book is based on Privacy Leadership.
    3) Please do not use "locks" in the picture -- the locks are old and dated. We are thinking integration of an "eye" or some other idea for "Privacy."

    We will also have "50+ Chief Privacy Officers and Industry Experts Contributing" -- would be nice to se that reflected in the book cover somewhere if possible (we did that on the CISO compass book).
