I need someone to design a contact sheet in photoshop for our vacation home.
I have specific requirements including the resolution which needs to be 300dpi, the file format which is required to be a PSD, and the requirement that the contact sheet must include a logo (which I will add myself). The person I choose should be familiar with and highly experienced in photoshop and understand that the contact sheet needs to be of the highest quality and easily ajustable in photoshop (I will add my own tekst and information)

Note: NO BASIC TEMPLATES I CAN DOWNLOAD MYSELF ON THE INTETNET!

Background information:
I send the info sheet to the customers when they make a booking with me for our vacation home. On the info sheet they will find all the information they need. as described below.

Be creative with the design, but a an example I have added pictures of a contact / information sheet that I have recently seen and liked.

Information for the contact sheet
2-sided A4 paper size

- Picture and address of the accommodation
- Time of arrival and departure
o Arrival: from 15.00
o Departure: before 10.00
- Contact information
o Tel / email / website
- Key pickup information
o The key in in a safe and you need this code to open the safe
 See picture for location of the safe.
- WIFI information
o Network name: XXXXX
o Password: XXXXX
- Washer and dryer information
o The is a washing machine and dryer in the house that can be used.
- Tv information
o We have satellite tv with many channels. The tv is also a smart TV, so your Netflix, spotify account, etc. can be used on the tv.
 On the picture below you can see how to operate the tv.
- Heating information
o Please turn the heating digitally to 15 degrees when your stay is over. Only use the digital thermostat ! (do not tighten the knob on the heater)
- Coffee information
o There is a Nespresso coffee-machine.
o For tea there is a kettle.
- Dishwasher information
o There is a small size (45cm) dishwasher. Please use half tablets.
- Bedding information
o When bedding isn’t booked, please take the right bedding with you:
o Sizes beds: 80x200 cm
o Sheets: 135x200 cm
- Trash information (where to put what)
o The waste containers are located under the carport:
o Gray: residual waste
o Green: green waste
o Orange: plastic packaging
- Enivonment information (QR code link to website)
- Cleaning/checkout information
o Furniture back in place
o Bedding/ towels taken of the beds (if rented)
o Dishwasher cleaned and empty
o Dish back in cupboards
o Trash bin empty?
o Floor swept?
o Checkout before 10.00 am
- emergency numbers
o Doctor / Pharmacy / Dentist
o Life threatening: 112

Is it restricted to PSD (photoshop) only? I recommend using Adobe Illustrator.
