College Kickball Spring Break Competition Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

Duration: More than 3 days

Organizational Support: Partial support in specific areas

Creative Concept Development: Crafting innovative and captivating ideas that encapsulate the essence of the kickball competition, ensuring they resonate with the target audience - college students age 18 - 22.

Visual Storytelling: Using imagery, graphics, and design elements to tell a compelling narrative about the event, its excitement, and what participants can expect. Imagery would most likely include: Kickball competition, Beaches, Nightclubs, SOCIAL and FUN.

Branding and Aesthetics: All of the material created should be consistent and have a distinctive brand identity through the creation of visually striking logos, color schemes, and design styles.

Engaging Promotional Content: Generating visually appealing content including: eye-catching posters, flyers, banners, and shareable social media graphics, electronic marketing material template that convey essential event details. The final delivery should have this broken out so we can look at each Promotional Item.

Splash page: Crafting a visually immersive landing page that not only communicates information but also engages users with an enticing visual experience. The goal is to have teams register for the event. The design should include Action buttons for registering.

Social Media Visuals: Designing visuals for social media platforms to create anticipation and excitement around the competition. This includes shareable graphics and teaser videos (video openings and conclusions for short videos -- We are not looking for the video content... We are looking for a consistent opening and closing to all video content).

Email Campaign Visuals: Creating visually appealing email campaign templates that not only inform but also captivate recipients, encouraging event registration and providing regular updates.

Merchandise Artwork: Design artwork for merchandise such as custom t-shirts, hats.

Sponsorship Packages: Crafting visually enticing sponsorship packages, pitch decks and promotional materials templates that entice potential sponsors to get involved. Sponsorship pricing will be added later. These should incorporate imagery, infographics, and branding elements of the event. .

Event Collateral: Designing all event-related collateral, including signage, tickets, badges, and event programs, to maintain a consistent visual theme.

Social Media - Visual Storytelling: Take the templates you have created and curate a visual narrative for the competition. Plan a sequence of posts and content that build excitement, from teasers and participant introductions encouraging signup.

Event Countdown Templates: These tease the event date with captivating visuals and engaging countdown animations.
