Tävlingssammandrag

I need a new home page for www.SloCountyHomes.com. The site header and footer will remain as is. The text for the new page is attached "new home page.docx" (I also included a pdf). The page has 3 major sections. 1) Intro, 2) the 12 custom listing reports, and 3) Meet Tanya.

I need a mobile responsive page that makes each of these sections easy to read. It's text-heavy so making it not look like a bunch of text on a page is what I'm looking for with the design.

There is a 4th section to go at the end of the page, which is already on the home page.(see attachment 4-19-2018). This section is mainly for SEO so I don't need it as prominent as the other 3 sections. I don't need anything else from the existing home page other than what's in the attachments (and the header and footer).

One thing I don't like about the existing home page is the content appearing when the page is scrolled. While it made the page design look good, I found it not working on all browsers and it just made reading the page more difficult. While I'm looking for something that is professional and makes our messaging come across, I don't want to sacrifice ease of reading for a cool effect that may not work on all browsers.

Deliverable is tested html file with any corresponding files.
