    “Well, I'm also not expecting a good review from the vendor. I wasn't always available for him when ever he sends some requirements to complete his job. Yet, He used to send me the progress report on my website SEO. Surprisingly, I changed the CMS password, and he kept sending me progress report for more than 2 weeks. Yet no one logged or even tried logging into the CMS, which simply means that no On-Page SEO was done at all. When I confronted him with the fact that the password has been changed since 2 weeks, he said we don't always do on-page SEO. We were doing off-page SEO, which I can't even tell if it's true or not. I asked him is off page SEO more important than, inserting the key words on page (Articles, Images, Complying with Google SEO Yoast feedback, optimizing the titles and articles, choosing sub titles, etc etc) He said we are not here to do maintenance for your website? So my question was Does SEO, optimizing articles, optimizing images, inserting key words, called maintenance or called On-page SEO? Of course no answer!!! Anyways, I still appreciate his gesture of returning back the Milestone without any problem. Sorry for the bad review buddy, but I should say the truth. Never had a bad experience in Freelancer. This is the first one.”
