I am a business and marketing professional with 10+ years of experience across marketing, branding, CRM, business development and operations, with a strong background in luxury and fashion. My experience includes developing marketing and business strategies, managing social media and websites, building CRM and customer loyalty programmes, planning events and campaigns, developing partnerships, managing projects, and improving business processes. I also have management experience as a General Manager, where I was responsible for business strategy, team development, operations, systems implementation, client development and compliance. With a Master’s degree in Fashion Marketing & Branding and a background in Fashion Design, I combine creative thinking with practical business and commercial experience. I am organised, detail-oriented and focused on delivering practical and effective solutions. I have recently relocated to Melbourne, Australia, and joined Freelancer to explore remote opportunities and work with businesses and clients internationally.
