Hur kan vi stå till tjänst?

Why is my KYC document rejected?

Here are the common reasons why your submitted KYC document is rejected:

Proof of Identity

  • The ID is not government-issued.
  • A key detail is missing such as your name, photo, complete date of birth, and the ID's date of issue.
  • The image is unreadable, cropped, blurred or blocked by another object, or the quality of the image is bad.
  • The ID is not written in Roman characters.
  • The back image of your ID is missing. (Not applicable for passports.)

Keycode Verification Photo

  • The photo does not contain yourself holding a piece of paper with your unique code plus the text "This keycode is for account verification at Freelancer.com" in one hand and your ID in your other hand.
  • The ID in the photo is different from your submitted proof of identity.
  • The keycode is incorrect or not written legibly.
  • The keycode or the ID in the photo is not clear, the picture was taken somewhere dark, or the quality of the image is bad.

Proof of Address

  • A key detail is incomplete or missing such as your address and your name.
  • The date your proof of address was issued is not within the last three months.
  • The image is unreadable, cropped, blurred or blocked by another object, or the quality of the image is bad.
  • The document is not considered as valid proof of address (e.g. delivery receipt).
  • The proof of address is not written in Roman characters.
  • The back image of your ID is missing. (Not applicable for passports.)
  • The address used is in P.O Box or has P.O Box in it.
