Description of requirements/features: I have an existing app that needs minor adjustments to the XML so that it presents itself across various devices properly. You will need to...

1. Modify the XML so some elements that are not aligning well are fixed. ( about 4 elements )

2. Emulate across various devices.

3. Set me up so that I can view the new code on my device. Not just an image but to visualize the XML.

4. Set up so that dummy images and text can be added and edited if necessary.

No chancers. Either you know your XML or not. If you know it, this job is a 3 to 4 hour job.
