Take existing pages and designs, re-code them using CSS

I have a number of pages that require coding. Some pages are already on the web, but use old HTML code (tables, framesets). Some pages are Photoshop files. You will transform them into HTML/CSS. None of the pages are very complicated. Please respond with your qualifications AND a rough _price estimate,_ and I will show examples to coders who seem most qualified. You can give different prices, if you'd like, for (1) improving existing page's code, and (2) slicing and coding Photoshop files. For the existing webpages, I would like you to re-code from scratch. That is, start completely over. I don't want you to merely delete tables and insert DIV's. The images from these pages are usable, however, and will not need to be re-created. I also would like someone who: 1. Is very competent in English 2. Can show an example of their CSS coding 3. Is available via chat 4. Is affordable Thank you in advance for your consideration. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
