Wordpress Video Fast Forward Disable

I'm trying to see if I can get changes made to the video player plugin functions or get a player with the functions I need.

I need videos to play without viewers being able to fast forward.

I've tried a script code I found to disable fast forward for Vimeo but it didn't work.

The plugin I'm using is Elite Video Player.
