10 Wordpress templates

Hi. I am on freelancer as a dev consultant as well. However I am to busy to do this... I need 10 templates for a marketplace website(already created). The client needs min 10 templates to be able to resell exclusively on their website. We cannot use templatemonster or themegrid or themeforest or envata themes..etc.. The client needs 10 templates for now minimum (exclusive) to this site. So you will sign a contract and documentation that the sites belong to the client only. As the business grows..more exclusive templatea will be needed. We (the client) will eventually have affiliate programs for other companies to buy templates through them (us -we do the dev and maintenance and hosting) If you are the successfull candidate that gets this deal and approval. (You and I) can carry on as a partnership o to support my clients on an ongoing venture. For now I need someone willing to help me out with 10 minimum exclusive wordpress(woocommerce ecommerce) themes. These templates need to be good enough to go through envato testing and acceptance. The clients client will be able to buy inatall and fully customize the wordpress templates. I would prefer not using Divi or elementor. This needs to be custom new original templates for legal purposes. From the 10 min templates only for the client there will be no legal steps that can be taken since its original, however the scope needs to be big enough to be able to create an online shop in any industry. and each client buying a template from the client. Please undertand that this is a startup company. 1 USD = 14 in our currency. This can be a great opportunity for a partnership and ongoing business since this is an untapped market and not explored that much in my country.
