Scope of work:
Update of current wordpress website, by installing of new theme.
After installing of demo theme, need to change the pictures.
Creating of document, and sharing size of pictures, and updating the pictures.
Need to check, the website is perfectly open in web version as well as on mobile.
Need to improve the load time and speed of the website and keep it below 2.9sec
The website should be graded A or B in GT metrix, any how.
Setting up features, like pincode entry and relevant products under that pincode.
Setting up of store managers account with their respective area shop.
Notification on new orders to store managers.
Updation and Screening of order status to Store Manager/Super Admin/Customer.
Assigning of Delivery team by store manager for completion of order.
Real time order tracking of the dispatched or for the orders picked by delivery team.
