Investigate + Fix wew wordpress site google indexing problem

We've had a website since 2014. Recently we hired a developer here on FL to create our new wordpress website in two languages and the very first DAY when we launched it, some pages were already indexed by google BUT with totally wrong information!! I mentioned this to the developer and he assures me time after time that "everything is ok, just wait" but I don't believe this to be honest since I've launched +50 websites and I've never had to wait +4 WEEKS for pages to start beeing indexed by google! In my gut, something is SERIOUSLY wrong and we're loosing money for each day we can't be searched properly on google. I now need to hire a google + wordpress EXPERT who can look at everything in detail ASAP and document WHAT is wrong so that I can use this document as facts when I talk to the developer and also you would need to fix any issues ASAP so that the different pages can be shown in googles search. Simply put, when I use "site:[login to view URL]" in google search I would be able to see the pages that are indexed properly. Right now, after FOUR WEEKS, I see NO page with correct information. Job starts immediately but I only want to receive bids from google + WP EXPERTS with great feedback and qualifications.
