Converting an old non-responsive HTML website into a responsive Wordpress website

Looking for an experienced Wordpress developer with a good portfolio that can update an old attorney HTML website, [url removed, login to view], and convert it into a responsive Wordpress website that looks good on all devices. We already have a template related to attorneys that we would like to use, so your job will literally be just logging into the preconfigured website, which I will provide upon further review of your skills, and moving over the existing content into the new website, redesigning the homepage to better present their services, tweaking the colors, updating the banner images and possibly some icons/photos, and fixing any broken links (which I can provide a list of using Screaming Frog SEO). The new website is set up with the DigitalLaw theme, uses Visual Composer (to make it easier for the end user to tweak the website), and already has Contact Form 7 enabled along with a few forms that are already setup.
While there are quite a few pages of content, the content does not need to be tweaked at all - excluding the homepage content - other than fixing the broken links that a few of the pages will have after migrating over to the new website. No images need to be added to it, it just needs to be moved over.
