Type an Itinerary in Microsoft Word

I have an Itinerary for a trip that is completed in PDF format, but I need RE-TYPED (not copied and pasted) in a Microsoft word format. If you copy and paste the document into Word, it transfers all the tables and boxes into the word document and becomes an unusable nightmare. What I want is for someone to re-type and re-organize the entire itinerary in a way that is editable for me so that I can use it again and again in the future. Everything on the previous itinerary (the activities, the times of day, etc.) should be the exact same, except that the dates for the next trip will be May 26- June 9 (instead of May 9 -23). I will choose the bidder that clearly demonstrates that they understand that I want a clear, workable, re-editable, itinerary in word that I can use again in the future (for the lowest price). I will also post my picture for the top of the cover page. You can copy the Japanese Gate from the PDF to the Word Page. If the Icons used in the PDF appear clunky, you can clean them up and use more professional looking icons if it makes the document look more presentable. When I get this document, I want it to look clean and organized in the word document, and I WANT TO EASILY BE ABLE TO EDIT AND TYPE NEW DESCRIPTIONS AND PARAGRAPHS without getting stuck and trapped in a table that limits space.
