I need a wiki editor for the Bright Building

I own a building built in 1946. I would like a wiki page that catalogs the history of the building. Not an advertisement, just a history of the structure Sample Article The Bright Building was built in 1946 right after WWII ended. It was built as part of Provo's Motor Row on University Street just south of Center Street. The basement was reinforced concrete and served as a Civil Defense Bomb Shelter. In 2015 the owners opened a wall and found a large supply of tinned food, gas masks, hazard suits and general disaster supplies. Quite a find. Studebaker 1946-1964 The building was built for "Chesty" LeSeur. He had the local Studebaker Dealership and this was the showroom and service center. The original showroom was on the northern side of the block from the corner going south. The original address was 411 University Avenue. Provo was a rural farm community. Many orchards which needed many trucks. The Studebaker truck was a strong, inexpensive, work vehicle. One Saturday they sold 9 trucks and it was reported in the Provo Daily Herald. Big news. 1958-1960 Ford Edsel Named to honor the son of Henry Ford. This car included all the latest and greatest automotive inventions. It was to be the greatest of all cars. The price point was too high for US customers and the offering lasted only 3 years. On the east side of the building there is an old painted Edsel logo. In a 2015 remodel the owners found a room without doors or windows. In that room they found a cache of new original Edsel parts. These were sold at Auction for over $200,00 or about 50% of the value of the building at the time. Volkswagen 1964 - 2004 Chuck Peterson 1964-1984 As VW began their expansion across America a VW representative called on the Provo Chamber of Commerce. They were looking for a businessman who would be willing to buy a VW dealership in Provo. Chuck Peterson was working there and thought that would be a fun challenge, and he bought the first VW dealership in Utah Valley. He was very successful and added Porsche and Audi to the offering. Chuck purchased UTAH MOTORS from Chesty LeSewer to use as the Dealership location. The logo strip on the north side of the building show reminants of the UTAH MOTORS and Several Chuck Peterson Motors painted signs. Chuck Peterson made a large addition to the building in the 1970's. The showroom was extended along University Avenue doubling the size of the showroom. They added more service bays on the south side also, coming close to doubling the size of the building. Steve Carlson Volkswagen 1984-2004 Steve Carlson purchased the dealership from Chuck Peterson in 1984. He continued to sell Volkswagen, Porsche and Audi cars both new and used. Ken Garff Volkswagen 2004-2008 Ken Garff is a major auto dealership, in 2004 they purchased the dealership from Steve Carlson. They were buying up many dealerships of many different car companies. They ran the VW dealership from this location until they moved the dealership to Orem where it resides today. The building was still owned by Steve Carlson who sold the dealership but not the building. He purchased a new auto dealership from a South Korean company Kia. He ran it from this location. It later served as a retail location for several companies, one of which was the Furnish-It. Bright Building 2017- Present The Taylors bought Building and rebranded it "The Bright Building" from the Provo Housing Authority. The Startup Building was doing well and they felt they could expand into the old auto dealer space. The goal was to focus on Digital Media. A small sound stage was added to the space as well as several small offices for production companies. The basement grew into a Makerspace, Pro-Labs. The original service area from 1946 became an event space which provides a great space for folks who enjoy a large clean lightly industrial space for a reception or business meeting.
