Website Redesign - CSS Experts Needed

Innovative design firm need to redesign our current website. Design work will be 90% CSS. 8 major templates will be needed, 6 of which the HTML structure can not change (with the exception of div tags). This project is design only, any necessary backend changes will be performed internally. Final deliverables will be images files (including original psd or png files), css files, and html files. We are very proficient in CSS, HTML, and backend programming and will be implementing all changes and extending the templates internally. This project is mostly about a new design concept and visual identity for our site. OUr entire site theme including banners, navigation, colors, layout will all be redesigned. Our website is the core of our business so unlimited revisions will be required. When providing work examples, please provide relevent CSS/HTML static design experience (no flash). Skills Needed: - CSS - Photoshop or similar - HTML We Require: - The PSD files and all other related files. - We obtain full intellectual property rights. You reserve no intellectual property rights. - Testing of site in multiple OS/Browser environments with a huge emphasis on multi-browser compatibility. - Direct contact availability by IM, skype or phone. - Unlimited revisions of design work. Please provide to us : 1. Past portfolio/experience of the person(s) who would perform the design. Please be sure your portfolio does not include older sites already redesigned by another company or sites that are entirely in flash. 2. Time and price bid. 3. A resume of the actual designer(s) would be ideal.
