Web design for my site: responsive, html5/css3, rich design

I have two small static sites that actually have a nice layout, but I want a new css3 responsive design for them. One layout is basically enough, as I don't mind if the design is similar for both (as I will change images accordingly) The main requirements: - Responsive. html5/css3 - NOT boring, white background layout which are typical for modern templates. Examples: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] - Although responsive and impementing modern technology, it should be a rich, plentiful design, not plain, flat-white one. Of course the new design should be more appealing that the current one. Possibly, you may need to do some individual decorative psd layout elements. - In the end, copy/paste the text from the current pages into the new ones. Notes: - Beside the homepage, twe have just a couple of layouts. - I may ask you to use elements from other sites (like a carousel, global menu, text-boxes, buttons, popups, etc.). In such cases, you can get the css, javascript code from there. - The layout details will be advised before every new step forward. - I may tell you about some sites, that can be for your reference (such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL] ) - Place a link to your portfolio if you have one, in the text along with the bidding. - Automatic bids will not be considered.
