rebuild coupon website

Background: We own a website [login to view URL] which was built unprofessionally by a web development company. The project was to produce a site similar to myvouchercodes.co.uk. But the design work done by company, their communication and general knowledge about coupon API and names of UK high street brands was very poor. The API used was [login to view URL] which works on Revenue Share basis. [login to view URL] was chosen by us but it turned out to be one of worse API feeds provider for UK and US market. Next step: Looking for advice how to move forward with new / re-design and new API Feed provider which works on Revenue share or at-least low monthly fee for UK market (mainly) and US market as well (Ideal). The one who bids should have full knowledge of how coupon API feeds work, which ones are good, reasonable API providers for UK market, have info about commission junction / linkshare etc how they work, affiliate links like Amazon, Ebay etc. Also advice is it appropriate to go with website having API Feed providers or entirely scrap it and build a website working like groupon/woucher co uk model ?
