One Page Template Design

I am after a one page template design, that I will gradualy ad to my site, page by page keeing its content. I would imageing that this project would only take a morning to complete with maybe and extra hour or so, for quick alterations after I had seen it. The logo/header is already provided. (although you could make it look a bit more interesting) The content of my home page is provided. Take what is there and add, as it it is. What I require is a template that uses my exising logo and home page content, but then adds a bit more professionalism and a menu that must be on the right hand side. This menu will be for 16 links (I will tell you where) and must be easiliy followed by search engines, but not the anchor text within the menu. (Too many anchor text can be seen as spam. I believe this is common anyway. I am looking for it to look profesional, but simple with as little code as possible. No need for any fancy text or thrills. You may already have a design as a template anyway, this is not a problem as long as it does not look like the original site it is from and you have copyright. You can ad one image that is relevant to the subject. if you cannot find a suitable one, put something else there temporarily and i will create a good image and replace. As long as the template is there. I will give a coupe of examples that I like from other sites. Notfor you to copy these, just to understand how proffesional the template looks. I have made this description detailed not make the project complicated, but to make it very easy for you to comlete it quickly. The page must be htm, (or end in htm) so the search engines do not see this a differnt site.
