News wordpress site needs custom page to assist writers entering articles into new posts

The site is wordpress and built with the Elementor Pro Plugin. We are in need of a dummy proof way to add text, photos, video links, etc to a custom page in the wordpress administration screen that utilizes many of the regular post features (Add Title, Excerpt, Author, etc) but arranges them in a different prearranged order. Once the content is entered into these areas and saved or published, it will need to automatically populate into a new premade article which is an “Elementor template” (that I've already created).
