Looking for Los Angeles, CA based Web and App Designer - Large Project

Part I: Smart Phone App - Both Apple and Android - App will primarily query the website that is described (very briefly) in part II. The App will need to be able to connect with Bluetooth, have voice dictation and accept speech searches. App will need to have the ability to create accounts, login to existing accounts, "like" content, save to favorites, pick up where the user left off, etc - Think "YouTube-like" functionality. Part II: Website/database. Website will need to accept queries and return the best result. Website will need to be able to track users activity, track and unlock achievements, pay users based on a metric, have quality-control (will describe exactly how this will work once hired), etc. We will go into much greater detail about the exact project once we've sat down and talked with you about the idea. The freelancer needs to have vast knowledge of programming and will need to create a very in-depth, easy-to-use platform. Anticipate this project taking 6-12 months (or more). We can pay cash or offer equity stake in the idea, or both. The ultimate idea will be to sell to a major tech company within 3-5 years.
