HTML5 template need an additional page

I purchased a HTML5 template ([login to view URL] ) but I want to have an additional page (PC and Phone version) as per the attached pictures showed.
My requirements.
(1) In PC and phone version, the format must be exactly the same as per my attached pictures.
(2) 5 products listing in a page.
(3) Each listing has 5 pictures. One in the left and four in the right. Regardless of left or right picture, the picture will be enlarged when you click on it.
What effect I want when the picture enlarge? Please refer below link and click the picture. I need the same effect that already in my current template.

(4) Each listing has a subject. The subject position must be the same with my attached files.
(5) Each listing has 9 lines for description.
(6) The header, navigation and footer are remain-unchanged.
(7) I will send you all the files in the template that included template documentation.
