My client wants to create a same site as ref site in a CMS preferably in Joomla (but certainly not in WP or Drupal) Site has approximately 15-17 pages and a cost calculator . He wants the exact same design, images and content along with the calculator. At the end you need to change the colors for the website to match to its logo which is in red color. I am a content writer and I will change the text in delivered Setup (in your demo setup) . The project need to be delivered before 1st Oct. Milestones: No advance First Milestone: 50% of the payment will be created in advance but will be released after the final demo of the setup. Second and final Milestone: After content changes are completed on your demo site and then it is transferred on AWS lightsail server. This Milestone will be created in advance after we see the final demo. URL of site in private chat only. You are supposed to review the site properly. Any questions you may ask in advance. The scope or price will not change once the project starts. If you missed anything in website now, it will be your problem but we won't change the timelines or the decided price. Freelancer needs to move the site to AWS as well. NO ASIANS PLEASE. Budget not an issue but we need final demo setup by End of day 30th August UK time. You may get good bonus if work is good and on time.
