Transfer content from old website (shopify) to new website (Wordpress). it's about 3/4 completed due to last developer not having the appropriate skills to complete the job. Backend may be messy as i have been told. So it may be easier to create a fresh one but using same overall design already created. Welcome to check what has been done. EMAIL To create new email link to website. (not godaddy, pls choose a reliable one.) To work on this first if possible. 2. STYLE & DESIGN KEYWORDS: Retro, eclectic, vintage, bohemian, cosmic type look. * We will be liaising closely together for designs & layout of pages as we go along. * Search & propose the appropriate graphics or images. * Assist with search & suggest ideas for layout of certain pages such as link for: ART TIPS. * Custom other pages layout to make it more interesting when needed. 3. RESPONSIVE * Ensure website is working well on any type of devices, Mac or PC: mobile, tablets and desktops. *Ensure that words are all appearing/moving at the right timing in each box equally on every page. * Backend - Optimise, re-organise, re-code if needed that so that everything is running smoothly. * Speed of website to rectify & improve. 4. SEO *keep all ranking of the website on google. *Follow old website URL on new website. *Add all meta data to the new website, So no rankings of the pages will be lost. *Metatags for every page, google webmaster submission, SEO friendly URL for the website etc *Forward all old website pages to the new website pages, so user will not get PAGE NOT FOUND errors from Google. 5. SECURITY *FIX whatever viruses & ensure that website will not be compromised with viruses, malwares etc. 6. OTHERS *Check all wordings are the same as old website at the end. * Standardise font type & sizes. * Tidy up the look of the website. * Check that all buttons are working and linked to the right pages. * I also need to be able to easily edit photos & wordings myself after the job is done. Guidance will be required initially on how to do that. 6. DATE OF COMPLETION 2 months from the start of project. (if more time is required for SEO work, pls discuss.) 7. PAYMENT We are paying for the entire project. We Do Not pay per hour. Please check that you are ok with the payment. There is to be no additional payment after agreement. - TOTAL: S$1600 ~ TOTAL with Bonus. if everything is finished in AGREED TIME: S$1600 + S$100 = S$1700 ~ Payment is by split into 3 parts. (S$400 + S$500 + S$700) + extra S$100 (if completed in agreed time.) 8. HONESTY & Communication is important to us.
