I want to build a service where freelancers can do posted jobs. Your job are to make a project description on what the projects needs for service (general site services (log in, register, upload funds to account (paypal), project form and description user has to fill out, milestone service - how website charges, freelancer charge etc, site design. So it will be a project document. The main idea are to make a freelance site. The idea are that these forms can be changed to different languages and makes the service accesible multiple languages that enables freelancers to read the form translated into english. Then freelancers around the world can work on the project. User chooses packages similar to [login to view URL] *user uploads images. With regards to choosen package. *User chooses colors from a colorpalette and/or can upload images of color they want. User also choose if color is on wall, floor, roof, door, lists in the form. *User are directed to a payment gateway (paypal) where he has to pay the project fee. When the fee is posted the project are posted on the board where freelancers can take the project. The freelancer have x days to do the project when picking a project, If not done it will be reposted so a new freelancer can do the work. *The payment will be a milestone payment, when project is finished the freelancer get his commission, site gets its commission and eventually affiliates gets his commission. *If *Other eventually needed. *Fixed pricing which admin can change. *Paypal payment for customers. *Freelancers can browse projects within member area. *Sales and marketing: Affiliate program somehow so sales and marketing can track their leads and get paid for paying customers they attract. *Customer/freelancer message board when project are assigned. *Administration: Site balance, freelancers account balance. *freelancers can withdraw founds from their account to paypal. This is just a generally description, I want you to groom and write a small project document that contains what the site and service needs to work. I like that you seperate it into blocks.
