Buongiorno, sono Alessandro D’Andrea della MyHo Casa, ci occupiamo di affitti estivi a breve termine. Saremo interessati al servizio di web scraping per mappare gli annunci su alcuni portali immobiliari. Nel dettaglio ci occorrono i contatti (telefonici per inviare poi messaggio whatsapp) e i riferimenti degli annunci (case vacanze) che vengono pubblicati sui portali quali subito, bakeca, casa it e idealista. Tale estrazione in file excel occorre su diverse località e in maniera continua e costante. Se per estrarre i dati, dovrò cercare manualmente gli URL, per poi inserirli nel software, vorrei anche un software che mi trovi automaticamente i siti web, di categorie di servizi, e che raccolga tutti gli URL, per poi inserirli nel software che estrarrà i dati. Cerco solo persone che parlano in italiano, chi fosse interessato eventualmente ad insegnarmi e a dirmi come fare questo, e eventualmente anche altre cose, mi contatti. Un saluto Alessandro MYHOCASA

Ho letto la sua richiesta e le propongo la seguente soluzione: - un semplice applicativo che una volta lanciato, senza bisogno di inserire alcun dato, si collegi ai siti da lei indicati e produca uno o più file excel, a seconda di come preferisce organizzare i risultati, con le informazioni richieste; - l'applicativo terrà traccia degli annunci già elaborati in modo che ad ogni esecuzione aggiunga solo i nuovi annunci senza modificare quelli già presenti.
