DVD Launch - Promotional Channels / Publications

We are launching a DVD with the full 2006 season of a major watersports event on it. Approximately 4 hours of footage shot from spectacular angles at amazing speeds. We will sell online, and can ship to most countries. We need a full report which outlines in detail (including contact information in Microsoft Excel) the possible locations / publications where we could promote our DVD to targeted audiences. This should include (only relevant) websites, magazines, ezines, forums and specialist niche others. Key regions include all of Europe, USA, Brazil and the Middle East. We prefer co-op activities (revenue share), PR and give-aways. The DVD's are available for give-aways, but only in limited quantities. The report should include an introduction to each section, outlining the proposed strategy to make use of these publications in the best possible manner for the lowest possible budget.
