Tag Printing Application Windows Handheld Mobile

Develop Windows mobile handheld application to display products information and print products labels. The application should import an Excel or text data file which includes list of products information such barcodes, default barcode, name, price, category, UoM, etc… (details mentioned below). The application should be able to import the file through different methods such Dropbox, One Drive, UBS. When the application scan the barcode using handheld barcode scanner or manually select the product then product information to be displayed on screen, as well give the option to print label on 3" or 2” mobile thermal printer through Bluetooth. Time frame is 2-3 days Only , my budget is 150 $ only so please don't wast my time and your time by biding more
