I need a Windows application that does the following...

Downloads a file from an FTP server.

Uploads a file to an FTP server.

This program should run in the Windows System Tray and should 'watch' the FTP directory for new files. It should then download the files (several at a time) to a specific location.

This program should 'watch' a specific Windows directory and upload files to the FTP server (several at a time).

This progam should also be able to extract a thumbnail from the file if the file is a specific type.

The progam should also track what has been download or uploaded with the ability to view the file.

This progam should have an options screen that allows the user to specify the FTP server information, local directory, and number of upload/downloads the application can perform at the same time.
