I have worked for the Business Processing Outsourcing industry for the past 9 years, during all these years I have worked as a Customer Service agent, Appointment setter, Outbound Sales agent, chat and email support.
During all these years working for this industry, I was able to learn how to create a connection with the customers over the phone, chat or email and I was able to address their concerns and issues as best as possible to provide them the best customer service experience.
I have worked in Chat and Email support for two great companies: (Fitbit, Equifax) I have learned that working in Email/Chat support team is really important to personalize each interaction (Email/Chat sent) so that the customers can feel that are dealing with a human and not with a robot. Also, small comments (personalization) can make a big difference in an unsatisfied customer.
