Bio: I've worked as a virtual executive assistant in a US based company for two years. Where my achievements were: 1. I consolidated all the documents related to accounting, caging, project reports, audit documents, vendors details, that helped our senior executives a lot to make decisions in an organized way. 2. They wanted me to help them explore India in terms of setting up office to proceed in-house operations, and I did well. Now their operation cost has been reduced and the processes are smooth. I'm perfect fit as a virtual assistant because: 1. I have already setup a small office at my home - Two PCs with an extended monitor, Printer, Scanner, Office stationary, Office supplies, Internet, Quality headphones with voice cancellation, UPS (uninterrupted and voltage regulated power supply), etc. 2. I understand company values like privacy and code of conduct. I carry many strengths as an individual; my will power, articulation techniques, organizing things, understanding capabilities, way of thinking etc. But I believe my strongest point is I am not only smart worker, but I work hard also to achieve my targets.
